We hope that you love your order but if, for any reason, you need to return it please let us know by emailing email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the goods and returning them to us within 14 days of the date of that email notification.
In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned to us in a fully saleable condition - unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and with all labels and tags attached. Please note that the cost of returning unwanted goods is payable by you and we do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are damaged or faulty.
The goods remain your responsibility until we have received them so we strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
We will send an email confirming receipt of your return and a further email once we have processed your refund which we aim to do as quickly as possible and within a maximum of 14 days from when we receive the goods. All refunds will be made to the payment method used to pay for the original order unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
We take a great deal of care to check and pack orders robustly before they leave us but, in the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged and/or faulty, please contact us on 01428 658567 or 07501 703593 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt.
We will investigate the issue immediately and arrange for the goods to be returned and exchanged or refunded. We will, in such instances, refund the initial postage and cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
Please note that our Returns Policy does not apply to custom or bespoke orders where refunds are not offered.
